MIRROR GLAZE...GENIUSED!!
 The ECG loves watching those mesmerizing mirror glaze cake videos. Watching all of those trippy colors blend into a kaleidoscope of marbled cakey gorgeousness just makes her swoon! So, she got the recipe, gathered her ingredients, plugged in her immersion blender, only to completely blow it. The icing was a hot mess, and by the time she was done, she had been through three sets of ingredients, and play time in the kitchen had turned into an existential Pinterest Crisis.
Not unlike the notoriously temperamental French Macaron, mirror glaze recipes work perfectly about 60% of the time. That's why, just like our Fool Proof Mac Mix, our new Melt and Use Mirror Glaze will make you successful in the kitchen 100% of the time. Now that's what I'm talkin' bout.
It's really just that simple! Melt the glaze in the Microwave on 30 second bursts until it is liquid, add gel food color, cool it back down to 95-100 degrees F. and pour it over a frozen buttercream or ganache covered cake or frozen Mousse Mold.  Check out the Evil Cake Genius having her first go at this stuff in the video below:
