The ECG adds this stuff to her buttercream whenever she wants to BLOW SOMEONE'S MIND. Oh, and if a teeny bit of it spills into her coffee, oopsy...mmmmmm.... It can also be used in mousse, drinks, macarons, glaze, truffles, and more.
Extremely concentrated, and all natural, it's simply the best on the market. Usage rate is 3%, so you add 1 oz. of the paste per 2 pounds of buttercream, mousse, cake batter, etc.
