This stuff is amazing!!! Simply add Heavy Cream, whip, and use it to fill Cakes, Mousse Cups, Cupcakes, Cream Puffs, Eclairs, or serve as is. Mmmmm....Moussey. It is Freeze/Thaw Stable, so it can be molded and used to create those gorgeous Mirror Glaze Cakes!

Directions: Add 1/2 gallon of whipping cream or non-dairy whip (unwhipped) in a bowl. Add the contents of the pouch to the bowl. Using a wire whip, whip on low 1 minute until dissolved. Scrape down the bowl and whip on medium till peaks form (2-3 minutes). DO NOT OVER WHIP. Chill 1-2 hours before serving.
