Flavor Paste Espresso
The ECG uses this to make the most incredible Mocha Mousse cake and cupcake filling. Simply add it to our Chocolate Mousse Mix. Or, replace part of the water in your Macaron Recipe with this stuff for incredible, flavorful Macs! These Flavor Pastes can't be beat! Extremely concentrated, and all natural, it's simply the best on the market. Usage rate is 5%, so you add 1 oz. of the paste per 20 oz. of buttercream, mousse, batter, ganache, etc.
