Flavor Paste Strawberry

The ECG wishes you could smell this stuff over the interweb.  There is no purer Strawberry Flavor out there.  Extremely concentrated, and all natural, this is like having perfectly ripe strawberries at your fingertips year round!  Add to Cake Batter, Buttercream, Mousse, Pastry Creams, and Macaron Batter for pure strawberry bliss.  Usage rate is 3-5%, so you would add between 1 and 1.6 oz. of the paste to flavor 2 lbs. of buttercream, mousse, cake batter, etc.

• For delicate batters like Macarons, reduce the amount of water in the recipe by the amount of flavor you're adding to keep the liquid ratio of the recipe in balance
