Flavor Paste Strawberry
The ECG wishes you could smell this stuff over the interweb. There is no purer Strawberry Flavor out there. Extremely concentrated, and all natural, this is like having perfectly ripe strawberries at your fingertips year round! Add to Cake Batter, Buttercream, Mousse, Pastry Creams, and Macaron Batter for pure strawberry bliss. Usage rate is 3-5%, so you would add between 1 and 1.6 oz. of the paste to flavor 2 lbs. of buttercream, mousse, cake batter, etc.
