The ECG uses this for her most popular wedding cake flavor "Princess Torte". The Almond Flavor can't be beat! Extremely concentrated, and all natural, it's simply the best on the market. Usage rate is 5%, so you add 1 oz. of the paste per 1.25 pounds of buttercream, mousse, cake batter, etc.
ECG Flavor Suggestion: To Make Princess Torte, add Viennese Almond Flavor to white cake batter, and fill the tiers with alternating layers of Neutral Mousse and Raspberry Filling
