- One bag makes 7-1/2 lbs. of pastry cream

Directions:
Put 14 oz. Pastry Cream Mix into a bowl with 34 oz. cold water. Mix it first with a beater on low speed and then on third speed for about 3 minutes to get a smooth, light and shiny dough. After 10 minutes, you will get consistent cream which can be cooked or frozen.
Tip:
Replace water with milk for a richer cream
