Pastry Cream Mix
This stuff is amazing!!! Simply add water or milk, whip, and use it to fill Cakes, Eclairs, Cupcakes, fruit tarts, or serve as is. The Neutral flavor makes this a fabulous base to add Flavor Pastes to create gourmet Bavarian Cream Fillings with ease!

- One bag makes 7-1/2 lbs. of pastry cream
- Freeze/ Thaw Stable
Put 14 oz. Pastry Cream Mix into a bowl with 34 oz. cold water. Mix it first with a beater on low speed and then on third speed for about 3 minutes to get a smooth, light and shiny dough. After 10 minutes, you will get consistent cream which can be cooked or frozen.
Replace water with milk for a richer cream
