Whitener Food Color Gel

Essential for Mesh Stenciling in white Royal Icing over a colored background. Add 1/2 oz of whitener to appx. 1 cup of Royal Icing thinned down for mesh stenciling, and the design will come out bright white, not translucent and dull! The Evil Cake Genius replaces about 1/2 the water in her Royal Icing with this stuff before tinting it the color she wants to use for any Mesh Stenciling...it keeps her mesh stenciling vibrant and the colors true (So stenciling blue over a yellow background doesn't turn green, etc.) Now that we've given you one of our most guarded trade secrets, the least you can do is buy a couple bottles.
