This is the ECG's favorite new discovery!  These things are incredible.  They add fabulous flavor and texture to any cake, cupcake, cake pop, ice cream sundae, or doughnut.  We love to roll the edges of our macarons in them too for an added boost of flavor!  And topping Chocolae Dipped Fruit with these adds a whole new level of Yaaaas! Made in the USA by a female-owned small company (just like the ECG!!!)

This Bubblegum flavor pairs perfectly with any birthday cake and doubles as decoration.  It's like sprinkles that TASTE GOOD!!!

Our journey with Yum Crumbs began with a stack of orders for custom crumb cakes and a short supply of time to fulfill them. I enjoyed making the Crumbs, but it was disproportionately consuming my time. That was my ah ha moment... I reached out to a few high demand bakers and they loved the idea of never having to make Crumbs again. We researched tirelessly on how to streamline the process and make it affordable without sacrificing the quality ingredients needed to preserve the authentic taste we all remember growing up. After numerous rounds of testing and becoming compliant with FDA regulations, Yum Crumbs was born. None of this would be possible without the amazing support from my Husband/Business Partner. Our collaboration with Evil Cake Genius is a dream come true and we hope it's a sign of the road ahead.
