IMPORTANT ALLERGEN & CROSS-CONTACT INFORMATION
Our products are NOT produced or handled in a dedicated nut-free, peanut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, or allergen-free environment.
Our products and/or their components are produced, printed, packaged, or handled in facilities where allergens may be present. In addition, some ingredients and components are supplied to us by third-party manufacturers whose facilities may process other products containing allergens.
Cross-contact with allergens is possible, and we cannot guarantee that any of these products are free from a particular allergen.
Our edible printing inks specifically carry a supplier advisory that they may contain traces of soy and milk.
If you have a food allergy or serious dietary restriction
If you or the person who will consume the finished product has a food allergy, celiac disease, sensitivity, intolerance, or other dietary concern that requires avoiding a particular ingredient or potential cross-contact, we recommend that you do not purchase or consume these products. We would much rather lose an order than have you make an assumption about an ingredient or allergen that we cannot guarantee.
About FD&C Red No. 3
Some of our current products, edible inks, or supplier inventory may contain FD&C Red No. 3.
We are actively transitioning away from ingredients and supplies containing FD&C Red No. 3 in advance of the FDA's January 15, 2027 deadline.
The FDA has revoked authorization for the use of FD&C Red No. 3 in foods effective January 15, 2027. Food manufacturers have until that date to reformulate products containing Red No. 3.
During this transition, products made with existing compliant ingredients or inventory may still contain Red No. 3. As our suppliers reformulate and replacement products become available, we will transition those products accordingly.
Ingredients Can Change
Manufacturers may occasionally reformulate products or change ingredients. We may also change suppliers or materials as products become available or are improved.
For this reason, the information on this page is intended to provide a comprehensive overview of ingredients that may be present and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular product contains—or does not contain—a specific ingredient or allergen.
If avoiding a particular ingredient, allergen, or potential cross-contact is important to you, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll be happy to help you!
