I want to thank you for selling such wonderful products and having excellent customer service to go with it! I had a time crunch to make an owl birthday cake for my 8 year old grandniece. I was given short notice but knew I could count on you for the best products to make a cake I could be proud of. It was for 22 fussy people and I needed ingredients I could be sure of and that would save me time. The birthday girl loves strawberry shortcake and wanted a cake with similar flavors. I was able to order from you and get everything expedited in time to make everything. I opted for the Yummy as Hell White cake mix and added the Strawberry Flavor Paste to make a strawberry cake. Between the 2 layers I used Bavarian Creme Filling and Strawberry Filling, as per a helpful idea on your website. I frosted it with my own strawberry buttercream frosting then covered it with PME Premium Fondant for the decoration. It was absolutely delicious and got rave reviews from everyone!! I had fun making the owl topper out of a Rice Krispie treat recipe, shaping it into an owl and then using edible glue to glue on the details I made from the Fondant. I made the cake into a wood stump, covering it with the Fondant I pressed into a bark mold then attaching around the cake. Mainly I just want you to know that I appreciate the many great ways you try to make things easier for bakers and I know that the quality is always reliable too.

Hi. I wanted to write and tell you something that happened. Last month I ordered two oreo cookie molds, Easter sugar sheets, and whipped cream filling mix. I made the Chocolate Oreos and used white on the "top" of the cookies so the sugar sheet design would show up better. I packaged the cookies in clear bags so the designs would show. I took them to work and handed them out. Everyone loved them!!! But here's the funny thing.. they all asked how I got the designs on the cookies and then asked if the design could be eaten ha So to say they looked great is an understatement. Those sugar sheets are awesome!!! . Oh and one of the guys asked what kind of cookies they were. I said chocolate covered Oreos. He said.. my wife makes them but they aren't this smooth. ha I told him I used the molds I got from your store. Just wanted to tell you how cute the cookies turned out. I can't wait to bake a chocolate cake and make the cream filling I bought from you. Thanks so much from lower Alabama.
