Return Policy

We're committed to making sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase and understand that the need to return items you've ordered can and does happen. Please review the following terms BEFORE you purchase from so you make the best possible buying decision.

All return requests for unwanted items must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. Only sealed, unopened and UNUSED merchandise in its original packaging will be accepted.

Items not eligible to be returned:

Any and all edible or food items (unless of course it is recalled by the manufacturer). Seasonal items. Any discontinued or clearance merchandise. Gift certificates are non refundable.

I received the wrong item(s)

We're so sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us immediately and we'll make sure to get it fixed for you.

My package was damaged in transit

We're sorry! All items are carefully inspected in our warehouse and packaged appropriately to arrive in good condition to you. Unfortunately this does happen occasionally in transit. Please snap a couple photos of the damage so we can make a claim with the carrier. We cannot make a claim without proof of the damage. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged package or merchandise. We will arrange to have the goods picked up from you. A refund will be issued to you on your credit card when we receive the damaged goods providing all conditions of our return policy are met or we can ship out a replacement item.

Refused or undeliverable Order Shipments

Any order sent to a customer that is refused or is undeliverable will be charged the full shipping costs, including return shipping to Evil Cake Genius. Undeliverable packages include orders with incorrect addresses or orders where the carrier has made attempts to deliver and no one is available to accept the package.

I've decided I don't want something I ordered or it won't work for me

We can only accept returns of UNUSED items in their original packaging (unless the item is ineligible to be returned as stated above). All of the products we sell at are kitchen tested and proven to work. Please remember food decoration is a learned skill and the items we sell usually require practice to use successfully. We can and do regularly help customers who contact us by either giving our advice or directing them to useful video or printable tutorials. If you've decided you want to return an item that is in it's original packaging and unused because you don't want it anymore, please contact us so we can give you return authorization. Please note: a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your credit for any items you changed your mind about ordering.
