This stuff rolls super thin to make the most insanely intricate gum paste flowers you've ever made. It's also strong enough to make free standing plaques and bows. Mix with equal parts Evil Cake Genius fondant to make Mexican paste to give it a little more body and support while drying. We used this for the flowers on Minions Jenna and Alex's wedding cake and couldn't believe how amazing it is!
