Lace Mat Virginia

This is the quintessential victorian cake pattern.  Imitate fine string work without the hand cramps!! The ECG likes to call this one an "un-lace" mat.

Pattern measures approximately 4-5/8 x 13-1/8 inches.  This mold can be used with Cake Lace, Flexique Instant Lace, or simply soak a sheet of Edible Fabric in water until soft, and press it into the lace mat, scraping off any excess with a bench scraper.    Made in South Africa of food grade silicone.
