Let's start with this super cute Bunny we used for a cake topper:

They're so simple to use! Fill the bottom mold to the fill line with tempered chocolate or melted Chocolate Coating, place the liner in each mold cavity, and gently press the top mold into the bottom. The chocolate fills the mold perfectly. You can put your mold together for 3D piece, or just fill one hollow shell with the filling of your choice and fill in the back for a flat-bottomed half molded chocolate treat (peanut butter cups anyone??). No fuss, no muss. Just perfect shells! Magic! Watch this technique:
