Here's how we get perfect fondant corners/edges on our cakes every time!

Step 1: We get our corners and edges as perfect as possible before we even consider covering a cake. We designed our Frostinator just for this purpose... along with a Smarter Than Hell Frosting Guide Acrylic Plate we've got a dynamic duo that saves us tons of time.

The stainless steel of The Frostinator allows us to heat it up in a hot water bath. This melts and smoothes the buttercream or ganache as it travels across the surface. The diameter of the frosting guide plate is 1/4" larger than the cake. This leaves us an ideal amount of frosting and gives us a guide to always keep The Frostinator™ the same distance from the cake. Genius! (if we do say so ourselves)

Steps 2 & 3: We roll out our fondant and follow the simple steps shown in the video (of course we use our own brand: Wickedly Good Fondant) but you don't need to for this technique to work. Watch...
