A Valentine message from the Evil Cake Genius
You're busy. The ECG understands. When's the last time you took a minute to indulge yourself in pure pleasure? It's okay. Put down the pastry bag, pull up a chair, pour yourself an adult beverage, and bask in the glory of this little Video Valentine.

Now that the ECG has your attention, let's talk about what has been on her mind, and desk, all week. SPRINKLES! We've used them to edge cookies and cupcakes over here at ECG HQ for years, but other than that, and eating them by the spoonful (there's a spoon in the desk drawer, don't judge.) The ECG was unsure of just what to do with these little bits of Joy. So we went to the streets! (uh, internet) and found some amazing ideas.
