Center Fill Fault Line Comb for Tall Tiers

Use this comb to make quick work of any center fill or fault line cake!  The middle of the comb carves out an indent in the buttercream.  Fill the indent with Rock Candy, Ruffles, Butterceam Rosettes or Sprinkles for a fabulous cake design.  For a rugged Fault Line Cake, simply chill the cake after filling the indent, then add a thin layer of buttercream over the bottom and top of the side of the cake and comb it smooth, leaving a natural edge.  Comb is sized to  accommodate a double barrel 7 or 8" tall cake tier.
