What's better than an Oreo? Um, how about an Oreo completely encased in Chocolate. Have you people learned nothing from the ECG?
Simply fill the mold cavities 1/3 full with melted chocolate, embed anOreo into the melted chocolate, then top off each cavity with more chocolate. Chill the molds in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes until they fall out easily when the mold is inverted and tapped on the work surface. If they don't fall out of the molds easily, put them back in the fridge for a bit longer.
