These fabbo little guys make chocolate leaves in a flash! Simply cover the underside of the leaf-form-shape with chocolate or chocolate coating by dipping the tool into a shallow bowl of melted chocolate, then touch the leaf form flat against Silpat or Parchment paper. When you lift the tool off of the surface, it will naturally create veining on the leaves. Allow to dry flat, or curve the parchment for curved leaves. These leaves add great depth and texture to piped buttercream flowers or use them alone to make any dessert extra fancy-pants!
