You need to add airbrushing to your cakey arsenal. We've told you this before... (if you missed it here are 6 reasons you need an airbrush) and some of you have listened, but for the rest of you, this is it!! The Evil Cake Genius chose to stencil the grass and bunnies in Royal Icing for a more dimensional look, but you could easily do all three steps with an airbrush, like we did with the cookie version of the stencil...watch.

Quick note...our ECG Airbrush colors are pigment-based, so they can be used on any surface, even chocolate, but that requires a larger gauge airbrush pen to prevent clogging. Either of our Paasche airbrush heads work beautifully with our paints. And don't be fooled by the "Beginner" set, it's the airbrush that the ECG still uses to this day! It is well worth the investment, she's had hers for over 15 years! If you have a dinkydoodle Large Project Pen, it is also compatible with these airbrush paints.
