Simply frost a cake with Buttercream or Ganache, heat up the stainless steel Contour Comb, and take a spin on the turntable. Set of two sized for a 6" tall or 4" tall by any diameter cake tier. What if my tier is 5" tall? Easy! Prop up your tier on a 1" tall footed cake plate. For smaller increments, the Evil Cake Genius uses our 1/4" thick Tougher than Hell Acrylic Plates to raise the cake to 1/4" below the height of the cake comb's top edge.
