The Evil Cake Genius loves using Chocolate Paste for the fussiest silicone molds. It sets up firm in the fridge but remains flexible, preventing broken chocolate moldings and allowing for bending the molded piece around cakes, cookies and treats. It works beautifully with cookie stamps and embossers, and is absolutely delicious on a cookie or cupcake. For modeling figures, use straight out of the package, or mix with equal parts fondant for a matte finish that can be painted easily.
