Let's Make Homemade Fancy Twix Bars!
The ECG's love affair with the Twix candy bar goes waaaaayyy back. That perfect combination of crunchy cookie, gooey caramel, and melty chocolate make these quite possibly the perfect food. That's why she decided that her next project would pay homage to a classic, and damn girl, it's an absolute stunner of a treat! She used her simple shortbread cookie recipe and melted Kraft caramels for the filling. You can certainly make homemade caramel if you have the time, but it isn't necessary at all.
