It tastes like a high quality chocolate, without any need for tempering!! Use for molded chocolates, truffle shells and chocolate dessert cups, and dipping cake pops, pretzels, cake popsicles and fruit.

Heat Warning: Chocolate may melt in shipping if ordering during warmer temperatures. If it melts during shipping, it can be remelted. Do not order this product during warm-weather months unless you are okay receiving product that may have melted during transport.
Confectionery candy coatings are easy to melt and require no tempering. If a thinner coating is desired, paramount crystals may be added. If adding flavors or colors, use oil-based products.
Do not over heat, keep moisture out of candy.
