The ECG loves these Styro Flower Centers. She's not particularly fond of hand-rolling flower centers, then waiting for them to set up for 24 hours before being able to add the petals to her gum paste flowers. Too much waiting for the pretty to happen! Simply wrap the first petal or two directly around the bud. Use them with the points up for roses, or the points down for ranunculous and peonies.
