Doilies measure 4-3/8- 4-5/8 inches. This mold can be used with chocolate, Cake Lace, Flexique Instant Lace, or simply soak a sheet of Edible Fabric in water until soft, and press it into the lace mat, scraping off any excess with a bench scraper. Made in South Africa of food grade silicone.
