Macaron Monogram U-Z Mesh Stencil Set

Set of 5 mesh stencils. Each strip has 5 stencils to make it easy to move from stencil to stencil when stenciling multiple macaron shells.  Letters measure approximately 1/2" to 3/4" tall and are sized perfectly for macaron shells.  The Evil Cake Genius applies the royal icing to these stencils with a gloved finger, rather than a spatula, to accommodate for the curve of the macaron shell.  NOTE: Royal icing consistency should be thick for stenciling on Macaron Shells.  The porous nature of the macaron shell will make the royal icing bleed if the consistency is too thin.  Test the royal icing consistency on one shell before continuing to multiples.
