This stuff is the real deal!!  A delicious smooth and creamy white chocolate candy coating with no waxy taste.  It tastes like a high quality chocolate, without any need for tempering!!   Use for molded chocolates, truffle shells and chocolate dessert cups, and dipping cake pops, pretzels, cake popsicles and fruit.

• Heat Warning: Chocolate may melt in shipping if ordering during warmer temperatures.  If it melts during shipping, it can be remelted.  Do not order this product during warm-weather months unless you are okay receiving product that may have melted during transport.
• Confectionery candy coatings combine sugar, milk and vegetable oil. It is easy to melt and requires no tempering. If a thinner coating is desired, paramount crystals may be added. If adding flavors or colors, use oil-based products.
