Oh, and Here's that Perfect Pan Cookie Recipe *UPDATE*: The ECG's hubbie loved this recipe, but she thought it was a bit too sweet. She cut the sugar down to 1/2 cup of granulated and 1/2 cup of brown sugar and left the rest of the recipe the same, and now she can't stop eating them!
