HOW TO USE MORE WRAPS WITH MORE LINERS (SOLD SEPARATELY)
Step 1 – Select correct More Liners size to suit your baking tin.
Season your More Liners the first ever time you use them, by giving them a quick spray with a vegetable oil on each side.
Step 2 – Place the circle in the bottom of your tin and run the long sash around the inside of your tin, overlapping it. If need be, spray a little vegetable oil under the sash end to secure flush with the liner.
Step 3 – Pour in your cake batter. Different recipes rise different amounts, so start by filling the pan to 1/2 the height of the liner. If there is excess space left after baking, try filling it a bit fuller on your next cake. Wipe off any spilt cake batter off the More Liners.
Step 4 – Select correct More Wraps size to suit your baking tin
Step 5 – Submerge entire Wrap in water. Remove excess water by gently squeezing – do not wring it out.
Step 6 – Wrap your More Wraps around the outside of your cake tin, using the fastening belts for a snug fit.
Step 7 – Bake your cake – we recommend reducing your oven temp by 10 to 20 degrees and increase your baking time from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the tin size and batter quantity.
Step 5 – When your cake is baked through, leave to cake to cool in the tin for a few minutes, then remove the wrap from the pan and gently release the sash liner out of the tin. Flip your cake on to a cake cooling rack, peeling the base circle off.
