Neutral Mousse Mix
This stuff is amazing!!! Simply add Heavy Cream, flavoring, whip, and use it to fill Cakes, Mousse Cups, Cupcakes, Cream Puffs, Eclairs, or serve as is. It is Freeze/Thaw Stable, so it can be molded and used to create those gorgeous Mirror Glaze Cakes! Mmmmm....Moussey. The Neutral flavor makes this a one step Whipped Cream Stabilizer too! The ECG adds this to Whipping Cream to top Pies, or anything that needs a little whipped cream...no need to add sugar, and the whipped cream doesn't deflate!!!!

- One bag makes enough mousse to fill 25-8" round cakes with one layer of filling
- Freeze/ Thaw Stable
Directions: Add 1/2 gallon of whipping cream or non-dairy whip (unwhipped) in a bowl. Add the contents of the pouch to the bowl. Using a wire whip, whip on low 1 minute until dissolved. Scrape down the bowl and whip on medium till peaks form (2-3 minutes). DO NOT OVER WHIP. Chill 1-2 hours before serving.
Ingredients: Sugar, dextrose, modified food starch, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, salt, and mono & diglycerides.
