PME Edible Glaze Spray-400ml

The fastest, easiest way to get that high gloss, patent leather permanent shine to any fondant, gum paste or chocolate work.  Can also be used to add shine and seal cookies decorated with Royal Icing.  You can give your creation a light spray that will simply seal and protect it or build up a few layers for a high shine. Once you've tried it, you won't be able to imagine your cakey life without it! It comes in a large aerosol can. For small areas, we spray a small amount into a shot glass and paint it with a paint brush.

• does not contain nuts but produced in an environment where marzipan is also handled so PME cannot guarantee free of any nut traces
• BLOCKED NOZZLE? . . . after each use, hold the can upside down and give one short spray to clear the nozzle.  If unused for some time and the nozzle blocks, place the can upside down in a pot of hot water for a couple of minutes - this should dissolve any dried glaze
