And with Halloween just around the corner, the obvious first project to make with these was Mini Potion Bottle Truffles. Fill 'em with a boozy ganache for the Zombie Pub Crawl Crowd, Homemade Peanut butter cup filling for the little Ghouls and Boys, or her personal favorite...Pumpkin Spice Ganache for, well, anyone with a mouth.
