Smarter Than Hell Frosting Guide Plates

This 1/8" thick Smarter Than Hell Frosting Guide Plate is sized 1/4" larger than standard size cake plates. HOW TO USE THEM: - Center your cake (on its board) on top of the Smarter Than Hell Frosting Guide Plate. - Cover the cake in buttercream, Ganache or Royal Icing. - Use our Frostinator Comb to smooth out the frosting by combing right up to the Guide Plate (Don't have Frostinator yet? That's okay...order two Frosting Guide Plates...center one under the cake board, then center the matching Guide Plate on top of the cake and use a bench scraper or large spatula to drag across the sides of the cake. Chill the cake, then use a warm offset spatula to carefully remove the top and bottom plates.
