3D Christmas Tree Cakes
The Holidays are busy. That's all the more reason to Genius your way through them! These stackable Christmas Tree Cakes are the ECG's new favorite. They're fun to make and easy enough for kids!
The ECG wanted to make one using her AMAZING Pumpkin Spice Cake Recipe for our Universal Cake Mix, a cake that is so good, it doesn't even need icing...so she decided to sprinkle it with Powdered Sugar and call it a day. But, as you probably already know...powdered sugar dissolves, and disappears after sitting, so she did her research, and came up with a recipe for No-Melt Powdered Sugar "Snow" Check it out in the video, then get the recipe below.

Recipe for No Melt Powdered Sugar:
Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons Sugar (regular)
- 2 oz Bright White Chocolate Coating Wafers
- 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
Directions: Place ingredients in a food processor or a coffee grinder and pulverize mixture using short bursts to avoid heating the mixture.
