Directions:
- Shake pouch and pour contents into mixer bowl
- Add 1 pound (3-4 cups) of powdered sugar, and blend on low speed for 45 seconds
- Increase to high speed for 3 minutes
- Optional: to thin, add 1/2 tsp. water at a time until desired consistency
