Use this comb to make quick work of any center fill or fault line cake! The middle of the comb carves out an indent in the buttercream. Fill the indent with Rock Candy, Ruffles, Butterceam Rosettes or Sprinkles for a fabulous cake design. For a rugged Fault Line Cake, simply chill the cake after filling the indent, then add a thin layer of buttercream over the bottom and top of the side of the cake and comb it smooth, leaving a natural edge. Comb is two sided to accommodate a 6" or a 4-1/2" tall cake tier.
- Stainless Steel Comb holds heat to smooth better than plastic combs, this is the real deal!
- Comb measures 9" tall
- Side 1 of the comb has a 2" tall indent, centered for a 6" tall cake tier
- Side 2 of the comb has a 1-1/2" tall incent, centered for a 4-1/2' tall cake tier
