If handling in a warm kitchen, we recommend chilling the sheets before using a craft punch, to firm up the cocoa butter and minimize any damage to the pattern.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Be careful to put the printed side of the transfer sheet facing up when spreading chocolate or piping chocolate on top of the sheet. The printed texture of the cocoa butter is very subtle, and the ECG has screwed this up more times than she can count!

Store in a cool dark place, shelf life is 5 years.
