Christmas Tree Petit Fours

The ECG's AMAZING Universal Cake Mix makes a Pumpkin Spice cake that is so good, it doesn't even need icing. Its simple to make...add pumpkin puree, eggs, oil and water and bake (get the recipe here). We've found that freezing the finished cakes for an hour or two keeps them firm while dipping them into the White Chocolate Coating Wafers. Be sure to thin them down with melted Paramount Crystals to preserve the detail in the baked trees. These little goodies stay fresh for weeks in the fridge, so they're a great make-ahead dessert to deliver to friends and family.
