There are very few things that leave the ECG speechless, and this product is one of them! This edible ribbon is a food miracle! It looks and behaves like real ribbon only better! It has enough body to hold its shape for making horizontal bands and stripes, but cuts easily and has a great neutral sweet flavor. It holds up under refrigeration, and holds its shape immediately! No need to dry the pieces around forms. The ECG has just begun to play with this stuff, and the potential is off the chart!
