French Macaron Mix 1000 grams

The eggs are too cold, too fresh, too eggy, the weather is too humid, too dry, Venus is not properly aligned with Mars. Once she found this miracle of a baking mix, it's French Macs for all! Enjoy the almondy goodness without the stress. These can be tinted with water based gel colors to make a rainbow of French deliciousness.
Don't forget to browse our flavor pastes to make amazing macaron and macaron filling flavors! Remember, DO NOT USE OIL BASED FLAVORINGS IN THE MACARON MIX! Choose water or alcohol based flavorings for flavoring the Macaron Mix. The oil based flavors CAN be used to flavor buttercream and ganache for FILLING the macarons.

- Ingredients are: Sugar, almond powder, egg white powder, emulsifier: E472a-E472b, rapeseed oil, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, stabilizer: E412. May Contain Wheat - soybeans.
- To make chocolate Macaron Shells, measure out 500 grams of mix, and add 25 grams of cocoa powder before adding water (or add 50 grams of cocoa powder to an entire bag of mix)
