These three part molds make truffle and bon bon making a breeze!
Fill the bottom mold to the line with melted chocolate.
Gently place liner on top of melted chocolate.
Place the top mold over the liners pressing lightly to allow chocolate to fill entire cavity.
Turn the mold over and allow the chocolate to set. Fill the hollow mold with your favorite truffle filling, and flood the back with more melted chocolate.
