- Depending on how thick you make your s'mores, each chocolate covered s'more takes between 1.25-1.75 ounces of coating, so a 2 lb. bag of coating will make between 18 and 24 covered s'mores, so you may want to add an extra sheet of Icing Sheets if you want to use up all of the coating, otherwise, make the dozen and store the coating at room temperature in a cool place. It is good for 12 months.
