Watercolor Bunny Buttercream Cake
There's simply no easier way to get amazing details on a buttercream cake than our Printed Icing Sheets. They're fast, easy to use, and in this case hoppin' adorable! Accented with some Wafer Paper Flowers (another super-easy way to decorate) and you've got a cake worthy of any spring event.

These icing sheets adhere directly to fresh buttercream (or if you're like the ECG and want to let it firm up in the fridge first, simply brush the back of the icing sheet with a teeny bit of edible glue.) Cut out around the bunny, and attach it to the cake. If you'd like her ears to extend above the top edge without drooping later, brush the back side of the extended area with a little melted Cocoa Butter or Melted White Chocolate Coating. Same goes for the back sides of the Wafer Paper flowers and butterflies. Brush a bit of melted cocoa butter or white coating on them to keep them from absorbing any excess moisture from the buttercream. But don't take our word for it, take our video for it!!!
