The Evil Cake Genius has been using this stuff at our bakery for two decades. This is hand's down the best flavoring out there. Not too sweet, just perfectly, well, YUMMY! 4 TIMES STRONGER THAN MOST COMMERCIAL FLAVORINGS. Clear, so it doesn't affect the color of your icing! We use 1/4 tsp. per 1-1/2 pounds of Buttercream. Use in Buttercream, Mousse, Royal Icing, Cake Batter, Cookies Dough...anything that you want to make Yummy as Hell. 4 oz. bottle
