- Temperature range -40 to 440 degrees F.
- If using for hollow molding, fill the mold with melted chocolate coating, dump out the excess, set up in the fridge, then fill completely with ganache, cake pop filling, or cookie dough and cap the bottom with more coating. Set up in the fridge again before unmolding.
