This is the ECG's go to filling for cakes, cupcakes, and for filling eclair shells!! Her niece eats the stuff straight out of the tube. Don't judge...
Also great for pies, pastries, cookies, tortes, doughnuts, and danish. These pastry fillings do not soak into cakes. Filled cakes may be frozen or refrigerated.
- Refrigerate after opening
- Stays fresh for 3-6 months
- One sleeve of pastry filling yields 3 cups
