Chocolate Transfer Sheet Congratulations Rounds

Get incredible detail onto chocolate and candy melts in seconds!!  Simply melt and spread over these beautifully patterned sheets and the patterns stick to the chocolate once it is set up!  The ECG likes to use these to make cupcake and cookie toppers (cut out the mostly set up chocolate with cookie cutters) or cut the sheet to fit into the bottom of a square or Oreo Cookie Mold for perfect Thank You gifts! They also work with Magnetic Chocolate molds.

• Background on image represents chocolate color and will change depending on what color chocolate is used
• If handling in a warm kitchen, we recommend chilling the sheets before using a craft punch to firm up the cocoa butter to minimize any damage to the pattern.
• For extra body, place a clean sheet of paper on the printed side of the sheet before punching out circles.
• PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Be careful to put the printed side of the transfer sheet facing up when spreading chocolate or piping chocolate on top of the sheet.  The printed texture of the cocoa butter is very subtle, and the ECG has screwed this up more times than she can count!
