The ECG likes to use these to make cupcake and cookie toppers (cut out the mostly set up chocolate with cookie cutters) or as wraps around cakes and desserts. Simply cut the transfer sheet into the diameter of the cake, spread the chocolate over the transfer, then wrap it around the buttercream or ganache frosted tier. Chill, and remove the backing. They also work with Magnetic Chocolate molds.
